A thrilled customer is our best form of advertisement! It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  

All items may be returned unaltered and unworn up to 14 days after your purchase (a longer period of time is available if requested at the time of purchase).

Gift card items are entitled to a merchandise exchange or store credit.

Contact us directly at Maggie Lee Designs info@maggieleedesigns.com to request a refund or exchange.

We will email you a fully insured pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item. When you receive your shipping label, re-package your item in the original packaging with your invoice. Please include your name, address, phone and email information with your return.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued by a company check. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping & special handling charges.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping & Handling is FREE for orders over $200.

Items in stock will ship within one to two business days of receiving your order.

You will receive an email when your item is shipped.

If your item needs to be made or customized typically it will take 2-3 weeks and we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.  

We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Maggie Lee Designs uses USPS and FEDEX. For standard shipping, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package.

International Shipping

Our shipping rates are only shown for orders shipping to the Continental US, we also

offer International Shipping.  When we receive an order with an international

ship-to address, or upon a customer's request, we will email you with the shipping cost

for your approval prior to processing and shipping your order.  If the shipping costs

is not approved by you, your order will not be processed, and your credit card will not

be billed, or will be refunded if pre-paid through PayPal.

Duties, taxes, (including value added tax, PST/GST in Canada), and any additional local

government handling fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. Maggie Lee Designs

cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. Duty, customs tariffs and

VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the

country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification

of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the

local government.
